Course Information

This is a series of classes taught at a depth consistent with a university course, but at a pace tailored to meet the needs of busy adults.

A student who completes the introductory series will have seen the material that is typically treated in a first year university course. Likewise, a student who completes the advanced grammar series will have seen material typically covered in a second year university course.

Two tracks are available for the Introductory Classes. Both tracks will include readings from the Biblical Text and homework will be assigned.

Track 1 assumes no prior knowledge and is intended for the busy student who cannot devote much time outside of class for homework and/or review.

Track 2 is intended for the student who is looking to review. It may also be appropriate for the student who intends to learn the language on their own but would like a forum in which to ask questions and check progress.

The advanced grammar series is intended for students who have the equivalent of a year of BIbilical Hebrew and are looking to improve their understanding of Biblical Hebrew syntax and to gain a better understanding of Biblical Narrative.
